Time and time again;

I flutter silently off the

Radar of forgotten

Reality.

Day in and day out;

I stretch my weary

Wings which carry me

 Away.

Night after night;

I stare into nothingness

Until it stares back at

Me.

Miles and miles;

I run ’till my lungs burn

Illuminating my chest and

Heart.

Breathe in and out,

I pant as I make my escape

From the traitorous bonds of my

Mind.

Of life and death,

I ponder like a madman

Trying to figure out the

Truth.

 Stumble and fall,

I see blinding darkness

Oozing its way into my

Soul.

I flutter

I stretch

I stare

I run

I pant
