‘The Illusion Of Freedom’ by Ahmed Nader Gretly

Let us get lost,

Let us run away before

They break our legs and tie

Us  down, chain everyone to the ground.

We have all this independence, but it still feels

As though we never have a choice. As if we’re living a

Life that is not entirely our own, for this shall be named:

The Illusion Of Freedom

When others feel secure being part of this so-called entity;

We, the free, the pure can never trust such system,

For how can one trust a system led by

men who are trained to kill others.

The puppet master laughs.

let us run away,

let us get lost.
